FAQ

East Castle Spa FAQ

The questions we hear most before booking

Q1 Are 東方皇堡水療, 皇堡 and East Castle Spa the same place?

Yes. East Castle Spa (東方皇堡水療), often shortened to 皇堡, is listed on Google Maps as 東方皇堡水療會所 East Castle Spa and also written in simplified Chinese as 东方皇堡水疗 — all referring to the same scenario-themed spa on the 3rd floor of Casa Real Hotel, Macau.

Q2 What are East Castle Spa's opening hours?

East Castle Spa is open 24 hours. Therapists are on duty daily from 15:00 to 06:00 the next day — for massage treatments we recommend arriving within that window; for overnight rest alone, any time of day works.

Q3 How much does it cost? Anything to know about the fees?

The public price range is MOP 2,288 to 6,688 in total paid. Prices already include the service charge and tourism tax — nothing is added at the till. The menu has three groups: Aroma Full-body Massage (90 min) MOP 2,288 with no gratuity; Oil Full-body Massage (Colour / Green, 60 min) base MOP 2,488 – 2,888 plus a guest gratuity of 800 – 1,000, so MOP 3,288 – 3,888 total; Premium Full-body Massage (Red / Pink / Blue / White, 60 min) base MOP 3,488 – 3,688 plus a guest gratuity of 1,500 – 3,000, so MOP 4,988 – 6,688 total. The guest gratuity is fixed by the tier you choose and is compulsory — it is paid to the therapist and is not optional. Minimum spend on entry is MOP 2,288, which includes a 90-minute full-body massage plus free food and drinks. Payment by cash, card, WeChat Pay or Alipay. Contact us via WhatsApp / WeChat / Telegram for the full price list.

Q4 Where is East Castle Spa and how do I get there?

East Castle Spa is on the 3rd floor of Casa Real Hotel, 1118 Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues, Macau — next to Golden Lotus Square and just minutes by car from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Book via this site and we can arrange free private car pick-up anywhere in Macau.

Q5 What theme rooms are available?

East Castle Spa has over 20 fully built scenario theme rooms, including a prison, interrogation room, classroom, hospital, ambulance, gym, bus, airplane cabin, restaurant, office, golf course, boxing ring and car wash — the largest collection of scenario theme rooms of any spa in Macau.

Q6 What is a script-themed scenario experience?

East Castle Spa pioneered script-themed scenario spa experiences in Macau and was the first venue here to introduce Japanese-style scenario theme rooms. Each room is built as a real set from a script — environment, props and lighting combine into a complete immersive experience, like stepping into a scene on stage.

Q7 Can I stay overnight?

Yes. East Castle Spa is open 24 hours and offers a free sleeping zone rarely found in Macau — a dedicated sleeping space that sits between a private rest room and the lounge recliners. A free lounge area is also available, or you can add a private rest room; ask when booking for details.

Q8 What free food and drinks are included?

Free dining includes steak, soup, seafood, fried rice, fried noodles, noodle soup and sandwiches, with soft drinks, beer, juice, coffee, milk tea and Red Bull among the drinks (spirits and wine charged separately).

Q9 How do I book, and what perks do I get?
