About East Castle Spa — the Script-Theme Castle

From First to Most

East Castle Spa (東方皇堡水療) was the first spa in Macau to introduce Japanese-style scenario theme rooms, and the pioneer of the city's script-themed experiences. At East Castle, a theme is never just wallpaper and lighting — the prison bars, the cabin windows, the ring ropes are all part of a real built set.

Today East Castle's scenario theme rooms number more than 20 — the most in Macau: prison, interrogation room, classroom, hospital, ambulance, gym, bus, airplane cabin, restaurant, office, golf course, boxing ring, car wash and more. One room, one script — even regulars always have a new scene left to unlock.

A Classic Venue · Fully Themed

East Castle is one of Macau's classic-style spa houses, layered with complete theme-room staging — the traditional spa facilities, jacuzzi bath hall and free dining are all here, yet the experience feels entirely different inside a scenario. A multinational therapist team and cosplay-style themed experiences make it a way of playing that only East Castle offers.

24 Hours · Free Sleeping Zone

East Castle is open 24 hours, with therapists on duty from 15:00 to 06:00 the next day. The venue offers a free sleeping zone rarely found in Macau — between a private rest room and the lounge recliners, quieter for an overnight stay — with private rest rooms available as an add-on.
